Handcrafted Pieces: As many of our designs are meticulously handcrafted to order, please allow an artisanal production window of 1-2 weeks during peak periods. We believe that true quality is worth the wait, and we thank you for your patience.

2. Delivery Estimates & Tracking

Once dispatched, your order enters the transit phase. Our standard international shipping window is approximately 7-10 working days. You will receive an automated notification as soon as your tracking details are updated.

We are pleased to offer specialized Royal Mail services for our domestic customers:

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery: £3.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Prioritized): £8.00
